Terms of Service

By using this website or booking an appointment at Maison Lumière, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not book.

Bookings made through our scheduling platform are governed by the platform's terms in addition to these Terms. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day changes or no-shows may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booked service, at our discretion.

Prices listed on this site are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Final pricing for bespoke nail art, extensions, and certain add-ons is confirmed at consultation. Payment methods we accept are listed at booking.

You agree to disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns relevant to nail services at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse a service if, in our professional judgement, it would be unsafe or unsuitable for you — and to offer a refund or reschedule in such cases.

We follow Ontario personal-services hygiene standards. Our tools are sanitized between every guest, and single-use items are not reused. If you have a specific allergy, please tell us before your appointment so we can confirm the products we plan to use are safe for you.

Photos taken in the studio for documentation or marketing are only ever used with your written consent. If you do not want photos used, please tell us.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service you paid for. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
